SOCS and YAH...walking together to remember...
SOCS and YAH are proud to organize a Memory Walk to honor those loved ones that have passed away. We have been blessed throughout the years to meet and care for wonderful clients and families. All money raised will be put back into assisting the seniors we service through YAH programs. SOCS returns approximately 95% of all money donated to provide the financial assistance needed in order to maintain the safety and independence of a senior within their community. Join the SOCS and YAH families in a short stroll (about 2 miles) through Countryside Park on June 24th, rain or shine. We will hold a Rememberence Celebration at the end of the walk for all of our loved ones that have passed.

Any size donation is greatly appreciated. You can donate via PayPal, check, or cash. Please enclose the fundraising form for name spellings to be correct. If donating via PayPal, write your loved one's name in the free type box for us to engrave/print it.
  • If donating at least $75, you will receive a Memory Walk Tshirt
  • If donating at least $150, you will receive a Tshirt and a custom engraved heart with your loved ones name on it. Your loved ones name will also be printed on a banner (if you want) and displayed during the walk and all year within the YAH facility.

Join us for a morning of fun, light exercise, and a celebration of love!
Snacks, music, and smiles will be provided.
